For items that redirect you to a third-party website, the purchase is handled directly by the seller.

 Does Raheasy handle delivery?

If you purchase an item directly through our website, we ensure your order is processed, and we follow up to confirm delivery. However, for items not purchased through Raheasy, we are not responsible for delivery or follow-up. Please contact the seller directly in such cases.

What happens if my order is delayed or not delivered?

 Can I return or exchange items purchased through Raheasy?

Returns and exchanges depend on the seller’s policy. If you encounter an issue, please contact us, and we’ll assist in coordinating with the seller for items purchased via Raheasy. Unfortunately, we cannot handle returns for items purchased outside our platform.

What payment methods does Raheasy accept?

We accept payments via M-Pesa and Cash on Delivery only at the moment, ensuring a secure and hassle-free checkout process for all our customers.
 

When does Raheasy accept Cash on Delivery?

Raheasy accepts Cash on Delivery for items priced below 10,000 KES and only from specific stores. You will be informed during order confirmation if this option applies to your purchase.
